Excellent condition for age- no chips cracks or repair other than one tiny nick on outer back seam edge near base which is hard to notice [no color change] w a few very tiny rounded nicks along edge where box lid fits on base. Cardboard liner inside of box has one slightly dented inner corner [NOT ON BAKELITE] which affects nothing and is not visible unless box is opened [see last 2 pics]. Approx 4.1/8" square x 1.7/8" high. Magnificent THICK Bakelite outer form on wood, with VERY HEAVY thick black pressed cardboard box interior. Has a removable lid with a central Art Deco flower design. Opaque ivory colored Bakelite with clear marbled amber and dark brown colored Bakelite in a tortoiseshell swirl. Pattern is hand created and so is slightly different on each side- amazing. See all pics and use zoom. A beautiful work of art- incredibly detailed. Collectible and one of a kind. Exceptionally lovely design.”
