Product did not arrive. Seller tried to make me pay for extra shipping costs, then told me the package was sent, but it was delivered to another city in the sender's county!! Absolutely not a trustworthy seller!

Sorry you didn’t receive your parcel but it ended up in Yorkshire England and not Austria. There was a problem at the parcel shop and they attached the label not myself. There is now a further delay as you opened up a complaint and requested a refund. I do now have the parcel back but I can’t refund as eBay won’t allow me to due to open case. When I hear back from e bay I can send the parcel. This also caused another problem somebody in Yorkshire didn’t receive their parcel.
