This watch is gorgeous and I am happy with my purchase. It also was at a great price for the quality of the watch. I will need to secure another link for the watchband although I could wear it as is-I just like a little bit looser fit. The young lady a dealt with was kind enough to give me information on contacting the manufacturer but haven't pursued that yet. I would use this seller again. The watch came in a box within a box with lots of bubble wrap and my cat was very happy with the box
