The shipping box arrived damaged. One mug was broken, two were chipped and at least one had been used. There was price tag on one, looked like one from a thrift store. Most of all, the images on the mugs did not match the images on the box. Seller offered me a $10 discount, really!? I found that to be a slap in the face. eBay did issue a full refund. Beware of this seller!
