This buyer received a full refund + return shipping for an item that was sent out in perfect condition but claimed it arrived damaged. Sorry to see the Negative. I'm selling since 2009 and I rarely even get returns, but no one has ever left me a neutral when a refund was promptly issued! Doesn't make sense. I guess there's a lot of angry folks out there. I'm just thankful 99% of my buyers are honest and awesome.

How cool is this???!!! Real nice pic! I'm new with orchids and I kind of gave up, this looks so healthy! I didnt know to have those aerial roots out of the soil so much... ? Maybe that what Im doing wrong. Sellers~~~~ you will love this BUYER! Please come back!!!
