Item fine. Seller rude. I merely asked to see photos of the other sides of the bag to view condition as non returnable and only one side was visible (perfectly reasonable request) and the seller got angry and told me to go elsewhere. In the end I purchased it anyway because I needed that particular size of bag but I wouldn't recommend messaging with this person if you can help it...it's not a pleasant experience for a customer.
