wenn die Ware unbenutzt gewesen wäre hätte ich sie nicht zurückgeben müssen, bzw. wollen. Es wurde definitiv daraus bereits abgesprüht, ich habe nicht gesagt das die Flasche halb voll war. Ändert aber auch nichts daran das dann ein sehr unhöflicher Umgang Ihrerseits begonnen hatte.
