I responded to your seemingly hostile message with my apologies as I did not see the crack prior to shipping nor could I see any cracks in pictures you sent after receiving, and added that my eyes are not what they once were. I closed out my response asking "what you would like to do to settle this issue?" I do not understand in what way that was argumentative? Despite your aggressive demeanor I was still completely leaving the ball in your court as to what I needed to do to make you happy.
