    4 placemats listed as no visible issues. 3 have very visible spots. Tried to work with seller but her only solution was for me to return them which would have cost me time and money. Asked for 50% refund but seller unwilling. So I have 2 usable and 2 going in the trash. I’ve only left negative feedback one other time in all my years purchasing from eBay.

    As stated by you above, you were offered a FULL refund upon return twice. Which would cost you nothing but a walk to the mailbox. You stopped responding and went right to negative feedback as soon as this option was presented. You wanted money back and to keep the items!!!!! No one stays in business catering to every person who wants free money and free items. I'd rather stand up for my business & risk getting negative feedback from Karens ALL DAY then let you take advantage of a small business
