Seller said they paid UPS for shipping the item fully, but the items showed up with no packaging materials to protect it in the box. The receiver unfortunately did not work upon arrival and was defective most likely due to being dropping during shipping as there was a big dent in the box. The seller refunded me after providing pictures of the packaging and box. I cannot fault the seller for shipping issues if they paid for the shipping and it was not shipping as they paid for.
