Communications were vague, and excessive shipping charges. He ships to the US for free but charges $75.00 to Canada. (Same continent!) He was evasive when I asked about the shipping delay. Japan was celebrating a 5-day holiday. He only informed me of that when I asked the 2nd time. He wouldn't give a good answer about why shipping was free to the US but not Canada. He blamed the shipping company. Did he think I'd believe DHL ships for free? EQ arrived in ok condition and is functional.
