Not to sure about it being untouched because the cable wasn't in the box but when I plugged a new one in the plug spot was super loose and I have issues with the connection everything else was new but the fact that 1 part was excluded from the purchase and then when I get it and try to set it up I am having issues makes me think it was used but then damaged somewhat.
