Though used, the pad retains its function, which I was glad to find out. There were screws missing: no big deal, as they were clearly visible in the product’s photos. Also, they should be easily replaced. Price was good. The package arrived ahead of schedule. All in all, I’m pleased with my purchase. Buying used equipment is good for the environment, and I appreciate companies that provide this service
