Hi Aaron, Sorry to hear you weren’t 100% happy with your purchase. I thought the jacket was quite accurately described with the pictures and the description? I did note a couple of issues (hence the price) All items are washed and dried by a local dry cleaner, but it did travel from UK to USA for delivery. (However this is not usually an issue)
