This is why some resellers are the worst. The item is described NWT… absolutely false There was black marks on it and no tags. But the seller did leave the $2.99 tag attached at the bottom, how nice to know…. Also there was black marks and was dirty. This item was not as described or shown in pictures. Buyers beware!
