The items arrived in an undamaged box. They were packed well and everything looked good, but when I got the loco out of its wrapper, two pieces fell out of it. When I track tested the loco did not run. I took the shell off and found one of the motor mounts had broken, probably from a heavy drop during shipping. I contacted the seller and told him, I also told him I wanted to keep them. The seller offered a partial refund, which I accepted, and all is good. Good and fair seller.
