The seller canceled the transaction fraudulently without communicating with me and relisted the item. They made no attempt to resolve the issue. It was a poor communication and experience overall. The seller falsely claimed there was an issue with my shipping address, which was not true.

I responded to buyer according in compliance with the information I researched from the ebay community page stating "GSP DOES support combined shipping, just not after the fact. After a buyer we had paid, there is no way for you to combine. If you have flat rate shipping enabled on your items, the process is automatic, as long as the buyer pays in one transaction.I was not fraudulent and buyer continued to message me in a harassing manner and I therefore had no choice but to block the buyer
