I posted this jacket within hours of the order & was unaware of the urgency prior to him ordering. The jacket arrived at his local delivery centre at 7.03am on Saturday but for reasons unknown they didn't deliver until Monday. I'm not a shop, I don't do returns (as per the listing) & as a consequence I get this negative feedback. I've politely asked him to revise and he won't reply. Life is too short and I won't be impolite. My prior feedback is a true reflection of me.
