This seller seems to have a track record of not delivering on "pre-sale" items. I'm not sure why this platform allows this but it is making me a lot less likely to purchase here. My advice to you, the reader, is buyer beware! The chances of you getting shafted by this seller are too high for the standards of an online seller myself.
