I did try and deal with the seller but to no avail. I wasn't confident in the end that I would actually get my refund so, regrettably, I have given this necklace (which could easily have come out if a budget Christmas cracker) to my 6 year old neice. It is ideal toy box jewellery. Apparently, the seller has too many items to post to give accurate descriptions..those were HIS OWN WORDS!!!! Beware. Scratched, very poor quality tat. Overpriced even for new, which it wasn't ever supposed to be.

Unfortunately this is incorrect. Negative feedback resulted from the buyer's unrealistic expectations. As we wrote before, we are sorry you not happy but please read the description and don't expected a fine jewellery piece for £8. This is not what we advertised. You mentioned you liked the necklace, but it is acrylic...you didn’t proof damage you described, so we offered you the option to return the item for refund, but you refused. No returns, no refunds. Left on 29 May 2024
