Condition as described, prompt shipping and EXCELLENT packaging (that's what inspired my review). I was terribly disappointed when the box arrived with a large hold in one side and three crunched corners, it had obviously been handled roughly in transit. I thought there was no way six stoneware plates would survive that but I opened it up and thanks to this shop's immaculate packaging they all survived in perfect shape! I wish I could leave 6 stars for you and one for the shipping lol.
