Paid for item on 4-29-24: Item never arrived and it never left France. When I inquired what postal system did she use (happy post or Coll), she would only say the item has been shipped. She said she would check on it and never did. Free shipping means she mailed it the cheapest and slowest way possible. I checked the tracking yesterday and the item is now damaged, the postal system refuses to continue it on it's way and the item is being returned to sender. Item is still in France.
