    The item arrived in perfect condition and was as described. That being said, I purchased and paid for the item on June 1, received notification that it was shipped on June 6, but in actuality the package was not sent until June 10. The package finally arrived on June 16. I love the platter and appreciate the care taken when safely packing the platter, but waiting over two weeks for delivery without communication is not acceptable.
