I did not receive the item even if there was a refund. I still had to pay bank charges and i still have to reorder the item which I need. The seller could simply resend the item. This transaction actually cost me money inconveniently so I am dissappointed

"The seller could simply resend the item." Given that the post office lost the item and I have no more of the product, how do I simply resend ???
