I tried to push it in to the cradle and could'nt. I would like some technical advice. I'm afraid to push harder, because it may break. My existing ball is 17 MM ball. Apply more pressure Garmin only has one size and it fits 17mm. Take the mount off the GPS as it is not designed to be mounted to any ball while attached to the GPS.
