Perhaps this shop doesn't know the difference between glass beads and plastic beads? I would be cautious of the description of vintage items here. I had to get my refund through the eBay referee. But I did get my refund. All she ever had to do was request a NORMAL refund through the eBay system, which she eventually did, and I approved it within that same hour. There was no eBay referee. Some people just need to paint things in the most negative light possible. I prefer to live in the light.
