Shipping was quick, the item was packaged well and the seller communicates well with customers. She is going through a lot right now with the loss of her husband and selling his large inventory of trains and accessories. The only issue I had was a part was missing which I mentioned and she refunded the entire purchase. Although appreciated, she really didn't need to do that. I would highly recommend this seller. She could use some good customers.
