I wish it had been shipped in a box rather than a bag, because it arrived with a warped visor. Luckily I was able to bend it back into shape so all is well. My only constructive criticism for this seller is that imho it’s better to ship hats in boxes. Other than that, the seller is great and my buying experience was positive.
