    As others have said, not the best quality, but I was so pleased to find an inexpensive way to fix the annoying gap above my blind, and it does the trick 👍. No, there are no instructions, but it's easy to attach the velcro to the strip that is already sewn onto the valance (front for my purpose), then slowly peel off the backing as you stick it to the top of the window frame. It's very sticky, so I imagine it will stay up for as long as needed. All in all very pleased 🙌
