- b***z (4233)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI had to pay £3.35 on receipt as Seller underpaid. Item not New, it was broken, sharp, dangerous. Shawl and Fingers broken. Seller REFUSED to refund postage or accept any responsibility! I PROVED everything with photo evidence but having read her feedback, I see I'm not the first...AVOID THIS SELLER.Reply from: kayabella1- Feedback replied to by seller kayabella1.- Feedback replied to by seller kayabella1.This buyer is lieing am sorry to say. It was brand new. I recieved it myself how it was photographed. On showing me a picture of another one the same I now realise the shawl was broken. The fingers was'nt. It most certainly was'nt sharp or dangerous either. I did pay the £3.35 excess postage as i didn't want her to be out of pocket. (Thought I was doing the right thing) Post office measured package so no idea how it went if underpaid.Buyer was very Nasty to meFollow-up from: b***z- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.Seller telling more lies... actually told me to ask RM for refund, as blamed them for her underpayment! Glad Seller admits shawl broken, so clearly NOT NEW and Yes fingers broken. ALL broken bits VERY DANGEROUS. Shame Seller took my money, no fee and leaves me at loss... Worst Seller I have ever dealt with, in my 22yrs of being on here! How very Sad...maybe she'll learn...
