I can understand that an address has to be registered, but I also believe that with information provided before an item can be sent to an address not registered, it can be shipped to a different address. Of course, when the item was purchased, it was indicated as "new" and yet the seller apologize for the mistake. I even agreed to buy the item as it was used.
