The seller overcompensated the lack of a proper box by tightly wrapping the figurine in bubble wrap causing the delicate flower in the bouquet to break off. I knew as soon as I took the figurine out of its original box it was damaged because I heard the rattle of the broken piece. The seller refusing to accept a return and give a refund.
