    A bit apprehensive that seller does not accept returns, so I knew it would be a risk to purchase. The item was delivered promptly, and well packaged. Upon testing, I found that the WiFi function was broken. However, the unit does function properly in other respects, and is useful for my purpose on wired Ethernet connection. I would have given it a good value to price evaluation had all the functions including WiFi worked. As is, I'd rate it a fair value. Appearance is good, undamaged.
