However, after contacting the seller the item was "broken", he did not acknowledge and offered no solution. The two photos show the bottom framework bent and missing a bolt. The hole has been stripped out so cannot receive another without work being done to it. Also, the upper frame is bent but one cannot tell from photos, so I did not include them. It's going to cost $285 to have the chair fixed.
