    The tailgate I bought arrived with more damage than the listing described, likely from shipping. I requested a partial refund for the repair costs, but the seller insisted I return the entire item. I'd already installed it and scrapped my old one.     im sorry you were unHappy with your Purchase as I stated before I was more then willing to refund your money but you chose to not return back the part. I was send pictures once repairs were started and have pictures of the item not damaged when being packed. I wish this could have been resolved again im sorry you are unhappy.
