Dishonest Seller. The product photos do not match the item sent. When I contacted the seller, I included photos. Then he (she?) was extremely rude, gaslit me and kept saying that it had to be the same item (but did not address the mismatch in the photos) and did not offer a return. I kept the hat because someone else I know likes it, but otherwise I would have insisted on a return based on the fact that the seller refused to send the actual item ordered.
