Item never arrived, contacted seller and they sent another, still no items arrived. At this point the tracking said there was a fee to pay because seller didn't pay the postage. Contacted seller, no response. Sometimes items get lost, damaged or the incorrect fee is paid causing delays, none of this is a problem, just a minor inconvenience. Deciding to not respond when I contacted you a second time and making me open case with ebay to get my refund is what has earned you negative feedback 👏👏
