Horrible Seller. (2 Lower Control Arm for Mercedes W220) They send me a damaged item that is suppose to be BRAND NEW. I contact them and ask for a replacement and they ONLY send me the rubber part (expecting ME to install this on the control arm which I HAVE NO IDEA how to do it OR should expect to do it as "I AM BUYING THIS ITEM IS PREASSEMBLED AND NOT AS A ITEM FOR ME TO PUT TOGETHER". Worst thing is the rubber part is NOT EVEN for this item, it is TOO SMALL and for another control arm. BEWARE
