Plz check your scanner. Try this cable on another similar scanner. Chances are that your scan tool is defective it may have either hardware or firmware problems. This is a reliable new cable we've been selling or years and we sold this cable to techs that use it on Pegisys Scanners and not a single issue. Cables do not fix defective scanners.
