First, I never approved to go ahead with the sale. Ebay took it upon themselves to submit information. By the time I opened my email it was too late to cancel what they had done as they indicated a shipment date, etc. This was EBAY's fault.I received the item with one of the containers of hair wax was cracked, knowing clearly this was UPS's fault. Seller never read my offer. If they look back they will see I offered $20 for items with no shipping fees. Sellers should pay closer attention.
