The customer was asking for technical support over email. As a qualified technician is not installing the part it could be down to installation error as these units never go wrong. We don't have sufficient technical knowledge in house to troubleshoot this device so have referred him to Motogadget (the manufacturer) directly for top notch support. If the product is deemed faulty we advised we are happy to replace/refund. Not really sure what more we could have done!
