Terrible experience from what was suppose to be a highly rated seller. Poor communication as hearing aid tube was purchased June 6th & seller did not respond back until June 17th. Item had a shipping number but seller never even had the product to ship. Sellers should not be able to sell items "on back order." Customers depend on these medical items. My father was without his hearing aid now most of the month & will now have to purchase item elsewhere. Ebay had to get involved. Refund was issued

If you are paying to have your hearing aids tubes removed each time you visit at the office, I trolly recommend changing your tubes your self at the cost around $10.00 a year.
