I ordered and paid for this dress on 11th November 2023 for my partner to wear at a Christmas party. To Date (3rd January 2024) it has still not arrived at the Click and collect store. Looking at the "Delivery Info" it tells me it was never posted in the first place! I have contacted the seller, but they did not tell me the date when it was posted. I cannot afford to just chuck £29.99 down the drain and get nothing in return! Hence the negative feedback. - Sorry.
