All transformers are new and supplied from the UK. Supplied serial numbers are recorded for warranty entitlement purposes

Any items returned for refund or warranty replacement will firstly be checked for a matching serial number and inspected and tested to verify condition and operation.

Warranty replacements will only be provided if the returned unit tests as faulty, the serial number matches and if within the warranty period.

If a warranty return tests OK, it will be returned along with photographic proof.

Return postage is to be paid by the buyer. Seller refunds postage should the item be confirmed as faulty.

Do not attempt to open the transformer. There are no user serviceable parts, security seals will be broken and warranty will be invalidated.

Important: You must have the transformer fitted by a qualified electrician. Should you self-fit then you assume full responsibility for the health and safety of yourself and others and for complying with all regulations and standards related to electrical installations.
