By elsewhere advert says dispatched 5 days and mine dispatched in 3 week and nothing special not impressed with it at all could ov went to any timber yard and bought the same half the price. Rubbish

In most cases we try to find solution with our customers, unfortunately this case is different and information provided is not true, thus we have to give our view.
Order was placed on 3rd of April with estimated order delivery date on 17-19 of April, actual delivery date was 16th of April. During communication cancelation of order and 100% refund were offered, but decision from customer was to wait.
