We sent the product and provided tracking, you know this very well as you have had contact with the courier about this parcel.... The 'strange reason' you reference is the courier asking for this information for customs payment, which you refused to provide, so hopefully in the next 5 months the item you ordered makes its way back to us and we can get the pedals back. Of course, minus the £20 postage which we paid to dispatch your order.
