Seller notes: “The chain is a pale pink color, crafted from celluloid links. Please admire how the links were cut ... “The chain is a pale pink color, crafted from celluloid links. Please admire how the links were cut and glued together by hand-- look for the little "splits"! It is in very nice condition. The leaves are quite unique-- it appears that the backs are coated (with celluloid/enamel/paint, it's difficult to discern what medium) and the green shade shows through the fronts of the leaves creating a crystalline glass appearance. They are most likely Lucite or another similar plastic. The pink plastic berries are in good condition, they do show some signs of age including tiny darkened spots (see photos). The metal pins and rings have been replaced. Hook clasp. Sold as is, please review all the photos. Please be careful if you decided to clean this piece yourself, modern cleansers can harm vintage plastics, remove their surface finish, and discolor them!”
