Also, packaging for my book type item was simply a mailer- no padding/protection beyond what a reusable (not flimsy) plastic bag might offer. What I bought arrived in a decent amount of time, no drama there. I am happy with what I received, which is as expected. To avoid negative experiences- be aware!
