Not sheer fabric like in the photo. And not a close fitting item, which it should be to resemble a tattoo! In fact it's like a baggy arm sock!
Ebay's policy in returning small inexpensive items isn't fair at all to the buyer! Ebay charges £3.25 for a return by Royal Mail which would cost just a normal postage stamp - £1.35
I'm returning a £3.79 item. Ebay wants £3.25 I'll therefore only get 54p plus the inconvenience of going to print a QR label at a PO because I don't have a printer! Pointless!
