This was my second purchase in as many weeks & on the whole I am really happy.The only negative is that they don't often have all the colours in stock. I have had to switch my colour choices a couple of times now, which is frustrating as it takes me a while to make a definitive choice as I have to go and research the colours on dyeing videos first. To then see the colour suddenly out of stock is disappointing. Especially when the seller has no ETA on when stock will be replenished.

We work very hard to keep in stock of the products that we list. I am sorry that we are reliant on our supplier who is often out of stock of the most popular and basic items. In our last order with Jacquard we only received 62% of the items that we ordered, so you can imagine how disappointing that is for us and our customers.The dyes are one of our most popular products, and as such they are liable to suddenly sell out if we cannot get the stock! If we had an ETA we would certainly pass this on
